Hypothetically

Genesis 2:16 The Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die.”

If Gabriel really wants to deter Adam and Eve’s rule breaking behavior, he needs to be more clear about the likelihood of punishment!  According to Mark Kleiman, a professor of public policy at UCLA, the possibility of even severe punishment is ineffective if offenders think they might get away with their crimes.  However, if criminals think that they are extremely likely to be caught and punished quickly, even mild sanctions will stop them.   So Gabe doesn’t need to use harsh punishments to deter Adam and Eve- he just needs to make sure they get punished immediately and every time they break the rules.
Then again, maybe punishment wouldn’t be such a good deterrent- Adam and Eve are clearly into some kinky stuff!

Maybe Adam and Eve didn’t consider “death” a harsh punishment, or a punishment at all. Since death would take them to a “better place” maybe they thought it was like a prize, like winning a vacation!

I just want to say that at this one moment in time–almost certainly not to last, sadly–Eve is totally hotter than Lilith.

It’s not that she’s bound and gagged in itself, so much as that she’s bound and gagged, not to mention wearing that ridiculously hot outfit, and still totally manages to look innocent. Lilith couldn’t pull that off on her best day–and she’d totally kick your ass if you suggested she try.

And I have to say, the leather with the pink boa suits Adam surprisingly well–not that I’m remotely aroused by that, of course. Good job all around, Lucas!
